​About Out of School Time

The Wicomico Out of School Time Network Initiative is a collaborative effort to create a network of sustainable, affordable after school and out-of-school programs within the City of Salisbury and outlying areas of Wicomico County. The model is designed to connect and share resources within each of the three designated clusters. (See map on the "Location" Page.)

Each Cluster will have program sites and community organizations, as well as program providers and volunteers to meet our youth's need for constructive and educational programming outside of the normal school day. By sharing resources, all programs will be able to provide enhanced activities such as dance, art, karate, and field trips.

All programs are funded in part or whole by Wicomico Partnership for Families and Children with funding from the Maryland Governor's Office for Children.
